We were having sour smells coming in through the vents, and ABA HVAC came out and cleaned all of the ducts and vents. We were encouraged to change to a different filter system to remove lingering smells in the intake and David was very helpful in locating the exact filter for our system. Best of all the dust had no chance when they used their equipment with pure focus. They asked if I wanted to apply a sanitizer which was worth it to me. Hallie R46 days agoI have been dealing with a nightmare repair that has gone on for two months in the home I am renting, once we finally got word it was complete, I wanted to schedule a duct cleaning prior to moving back in, which resulted in a very last minute need. The woman on the phone was not only kind and professional, but after we initially came to the conclusion the team would not be in Vancouver the day I needed, a few hours went by and she called me back and found a way to squeeze me in. This meant a lot, and brought me so much relief during such a stressful time. Literally every single aspect of my interaction with this company was amazing, the two men that came out were kind and so professional, they got the job done quick and efficiently. Patrick E50 days agoThis is the second time I've had ABA come for their six-item cleaning and/or inspection of various things. Two years ago after they were here, I noticed my gas and electric bills had decreased a substantial amount! Their special price of $134 (senior discount) was so affordable. The technicians were so thorough, knowlegeable, friendly, and efficient! While they were there, they showed me through actual visual evidence and documented pictures that my furnace was a dirty mess so I had them stay 40 minutes longer (for a very reasonable price), and they took it apart and cleaned every crevice. I'm completely confident in this company and will definitely be having them back in another two years!Posted on Google

I had my HVAC air ducts and vents cleaned, and I highly recommend their services if you're overdue for a cleaning. You wouldn’t believe how much dust and debris can hide in your ducts. Diane D154 days agoTechnicians were very knowledgeable and careful. They did an excellent job removing all the dirt and debris in the air duct vents. There is no more "swishing sounds" now when the heater comes on. They also cleaned the clothes dryer vent. If you sneeze alot when your heater is on please schedule an appointment with ABA. They have discounts so the price is very good. We had 10 vents cleaned plus non chemical spray. Price was excellent.Posted on Google
29Jill156 days agoWe had ABA out for a free estimate and found David to be highly knowledgeable. He was straightforward with his quote and time frame. It had been raining for days and when the crew got here to begin their work we found lots of water in our crawl space. David was able to recommend two companies to help remediate the situation before ABA could start their work. This was very helpful to us. Both of the companies recommended were hired and did excellent jobs!! The work that ABA crews did was done efficiently and a large area was completed in 2 days total. We found that to be absolutely amazing for the amount of work involved!! The crew showed up on time and were a joy to have in our home. Also, the office staff is very pleasant to work with. Karen D217 days agoABA is a locally owned company here in the Vancouver area. I found their information on a weekly flyer that came through with a grocery store ad. I’ve lived in my house for 10 years and I’ve never had the furnace cleaned or the vents and having gone under some renovation, the work definitely needed to be done. My phone call was answered by the owner and we discussed the process and what to expect. Their crew arrived on time and I felt that they were skilled in their jobs. I had an opportunity to talk to them and found out that one of their employees had been doing this type of work for over 15 years, which was encouraging. I have already referred them to other homeowners. They gave me a quote that was very affordable, they thru in a dryer vent cleaning with the service. Kellie L290 days agoABA from the first phone call to schedule an HVAC cleaning to the very end, hand down best experience. The owner came out with a tech to clean our ductwork and it was discovered we had more going on then just needing our ducts cleaned. My husband and I had already anticipated this with things that we were experiencing in our home. David prepared and estimate for us on the spot, and gave us some availability dates if we decided to proceed. There was no charge for them to come out and assess. I also thought it was great that David said whether you go with us or not you need to address area so things don’t get any worse. The next day we scheduled, which was two weeks from the time they initially came out. About three days after scheduling, we were informed that they had a Sunday come open and they could come out sooner. The team was on time, so very friendly and professional. We even had a delivery scheduled that day for some appliances. The ABA team had to work around them for about 15 mins in our garage. When it was all said and done, the lead HVAC gentleman, walked around with us and showed us the holes he fixed where rodents could get in. He showed us updated photos of our crawl space. We did a full “redo” under our home (vapor barrier, all new insulation and HVAC ducts) . Lastly they went through and vacuumed all ducts main and upper floor. I forgot to mention that they will even call just to see how things went after the install. ABA is very thorough! I highly recommend if you need any HVAC service you give ABA a chance. Gregg P361 days agoWe made our appointment and it was for the next day! Our technicians arrived at the appointed time and ask us to show them our HVAC system and all cold air vents and heating vents. They wore booties inside our house and started to work and when it was all completed they cleaned up all around where they worked and surrounding area. Cleaned the filters at the furnace and recommended that we replace our electronic filter with a disposable filter which would be more efficient. The crew arrived on time and was very friendly to me and my two toddler boys and dog who was barking a little in her crate. They worked quickly and were informative.
